Yes! Our user-friendly in-line editing interface allows for easy updates and additions, ensuring your recognition displays remain current and relevant.

You can add an unlimited number of users. Each user has their own account and can be assigned admin access or tiered access with specific permissions and access settings.

What is required?
We recommend our plug & play bundles. If not purchasing a Plug & Play Bundle, you will need the following:
- Any type of touchscreen.
- An Elo Backpack 4.0. Contact us for additional options.
- A wall mounting bracket.
- A power outlet to plug the touchscreen and computer module into.
- Wifi or Ethernet.

Are the touchscreens durable?
Yes, we recommend Elo touchscreens (included in our Plug & Play Bundles) which are built for train station and airport type environments. We have (knock on wood) never had one break in our 2,000+ installations.
Can I use an existing Touchscreen in a classroom?
Yes, you will simply attach an Elo Backpack 4.0 and send us the serial number of this new computer module.
I have a “Smart Touchscreen.” Can I use that?
Not entirely. Although the smart touchscreen has a built-in computer and can access the internet, these built in computers are not powerful enough to run the Rocket platform. You CAN use this touchscreen in combination with an Elo Backpack 4.0 external computer module. You will connect this via HDMI and USB.

Since this is web-based, does it always “stream” into the device in our school?
No. The Rocket platform uses intelligent caching to download and save as much of your information as possible on the device. This means that even if you have spotty or slow wifi, your touchscreen remains fast. When you remotely add new information to your Rocket site, a signal is sent to the touchscreen via wifi and it downloads the new information.
The device is NOT always streaming data, but it does have a connection to the internet. Thus, when you publish new information or make an edit, it will show up on your touchscreen immediately.

Is this for a touchscreen or a website?
All Rocket touchscreen displays are also accessible as a website on any device connected to the internet. This means that you can share the URL and then open it on phones, tablets, laptops, and more touchscreens! The QR code allows anyone standing in front of the touchscreen to open it on their phone and bring it with them. They can then text or email the page to anyone else.
Is the content searchable on Google?
Yes. The Rocket platform automatically optimizes your pages for indexing on Google. This means that if “Lucie Gildehaus” win the Community Service Award, you will be able to search “Lucie Gildehaus” on Google and her page on your Rocket site will come up.

Can I share this on social media?
Yes. You can copy and paste the URL of any page into social media platforms. On X (Twitter), Facebook, and iMessage, the link will generate a live link preview of the content displayed on your touchscreen at that specific link.
How are software updates applied?
All updates happen automatically behind the scenes. The operating system is automatically updated through the Google Play Store and Rocket Platform updates are automatically imported. There should never be any downtime with updates.

I wanted to share our veterans page with you. I actually won teacher of the year last year for bringing this program to the high school and community.
We put out Facebook posts every few months asking the community to send me photos and service records of their or family members military service. We are basically archiving every alumni who has served.
I have been given entire classes that revolve around using "the board" as we call it. The possibilities are endless. It has been a way to categorize and archive the history of our school.
We will celebrate our towns 150th birthday next year and we plan to take a mobile board downtown to showcase the history of our school for this celebration.
I also recently was the featured speaker at a district wide school board meeting and was able to showcase "the board" to everyone and received so much positive feedback.
